October 2014 will see the start of the new look Volvo Ocean Race from Alicante, Spain. In an attempt to save money and time the race has gone one design, with a view to creating a more affordable and level playing field. Shirley and the team visit race HQ and talk to Knut Frostad, Cheif Executive on the reasons behind the organisers decision, which has created a change in the culture of ‘the team with the most money wins’.
